Store Policies Custom Orders: Please allow 2-14 days for custom orders plus shipping time from the time payment has been received. You will receive an email through Paypal when items have been shipped with tracking numbers to confirm delivery. Please verify your shipping address when checking out through paypal as we are not liable for items sent to the wrong address. Rush orders are available upon request. If outside the USA please email me for shipping costs and times. Thank you for your interest in our custom made products. We are looking forward to working with you! Payments: Paypal is preferred as you can pay with any major credit or debit card through them, but cashier checks, money orders and personal checks are also accepted. Purchased items will be held until checks clear. Shipping: We currently ship using USPS and are willing to ship internationally as well. If you would like to use a different carrier please let me know and we can set up arrangements. Returns: Because all of our items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns on most purchases. If you aren't sure on a color match, samples are available, so don't hesitate to ask! We do stand 100% behind our workmanship, so if there is a problem we would work out an exchange or refund.
